At Healing Rhythms, we are proud to support Veterans, active duty military members, and their immediate family members through the healing power of music therapy. Thanks to a generous partnership with the DAV-MN Foundation, we offer FREE music therapy services to eligible individuals in Minnesota.

How It Works

Eligible participants can receive free music therapy services either in-person or virtually, depending on their preferences and location. During your sessions, you’ll work with a board-certified music therapist to:

  • Express and Process Emotions: Use music as a safe outlet for self-expression and emotional exploration.

  • Build Stress Management Skills: Learn relaxation techniques and create personalized playlists for calming or energizing moments.

  • Strengthen Self-Awareness: Explore your personal relationship with music and how it can support your well-being.

  • Enhance Relationships: Participate in music activities designed to foster meaningful connections with family members.
